Led by Phil Harland, a North East native, who has spent over three decades working in and with multi-million-pound organisations, he understands the inner workings of business dynamics. Phil has a Diploma in Marketing as well as an MBA, where he specialised in Strategy and International Management. Alongside his corporate career, Phil also taught in higher education for several years with The Open University, both in the UK and Europe.
